ATTRACTRESS FOR GOLCONDA DERBY

HYDERABAD RACES

The Golconda Derby may witness strong support for the lone filly ATTRACTRESS who has shown her staying abilities very convincingly in the 1000 Guinneas which she won handsomely after the free riderless gallop around the course just prior to loading. The top colt & main adversary on paper is GASWAR produce RECONNECT whose run is likely to evoke lots of interest from pedigree point of view as the sire in his nine crops has never produced a winner over this distance. MINETTA the unraced dam of RECONNECT was foaled by MINHAH who had produced a black type winner in RED DRAGON who won over 2000 m & ROYAL TROON who was 4th in Bangalore Oaks. In resume one can perhaps deduce that RECONNECT will not stay the distance ,however it is also seen horses often make a fool of people. The other colt IAEPETUS with the good foreign jockey is also not bred for a staying trip.BLAACK MISCHIEF has sound staying lines and may run competitively.

The supporting event THE ARISTOCRAT CUP is likely to be contested between the two four year olds CANOPUS winner of two races, one of which was over a staying trip & CELTIC SHOT winner of a sprint race who has the top Bangalore jockey to force the issue. Hyderabad racing is known for throwing out surprises & ADORNA or CANNON HAWK may upset.

Your Tipping is as good as buying a Bol or Vel book..

appreciate if you could go through records, tracks, checking on horses previous whether the trainer is hiding horse form and giving dubious runs..

and then give out some winners which give good dividends on place and worth taking a chance for win also..

Hoping to see some difference in your tippings in future

Regards,

Tony

Dear Tony,

I wish even the trainers could tip their horses who have been braught down or hiding form. Last week in Delhi our trainer who owns ten horses from my family had two long odd winners. He had bet a token bet on other horses in the same races. The irony of the fact is that he finally he ended up being fined by the stewards for in out running of his winner.
The tipping is based on sound parameters like handicapping, tracks, breeding, form & other minor parameters. A good tipster is that who can continuosly give out 30 to 40 % winners in the long run. If you are interested in wild bets there rare a few sites who tip like that & once in a while get a long shot to pay, but in my experience & wisdom , one ends up loosing a lot in such attempts.
However your point is well noted.

Hi,
I am trying to find out the slowing down effect of the penetrometer. By how much does the running slow down if the penetrometer reading increases by say a value of point 1.Any reference material on this aspect? Will be grateful.
Thanks.
Ivan
